TN Talent are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Client Operations Co-ordinator for our ambitious client based in Doncaster. This is a key role within the business, the purpose of the role will be to manage the onboarding of new client portfolios and ensure data is accurate, complete, and integrated smoothly. Key duties: • Managing end-to-end onboarding of client portfolios • Reviewing and validating large datasets for accuracy and completeness • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding • Identifying and resolving data gaps, errors, and inconsistencies • Producing reports and updates for stakeholders • Chasing missing information and meeting deadlines • Supporting onboarding meetings and process improvements Key skills: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Experience in data-heavy admin, onboarding, or operations roles • Confident communication and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solving mindset • Strong Excel/data handling skills are desirable • Experience in property, utilities, or similar sectors is advantageous You must thrive within a fast paced environment and want to progress as the business expands
